While the client's name is confidential, they are recognized for their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and support services.
Your responsibilities will encompass providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
