Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage international clients (employers, organizations, or government institutions) requiring manpower solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts while ensuring compliance with international labor laws.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, monitor labor trends, and analyze competitors.
Track and report business development metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Familiarity with DMW rules and processes is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time management skills.
Willing to travel internationally if required.
