This is a remote position.

Job Highlights

Contract : Independent Contractor

Schedule : Mondays to Friday, 8AM - 5PM AEST

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Director. This role is critical in managing communications, scheduling, and daily priorities, ensuring the Director’s time is optimized and business objectives are supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments efficiently.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure tasks and commitments are met on time.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands where necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with brilliant English comprehension.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

    Requirements
