Sales Development - Team Manager (BGC - Day Shift)

Start Date : ASAP

Location : BGC, Taguig / ONSITE

Schedule : Dayshift (9 am - 6 pm)

Qualifications :

⦁  Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree preferred, but not required

⦁  2 years of recent experience in managing a team of Tech Sales Representatives (preferably in a technical program)

⦁ Experience in managing a team of sales experts in a SaaS environment

⦁ Working knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies, Networking, or system administration

⦁ Basic level familiarity with Operating Systems

⦁ Knowledge of MS Office applications and data analysis

⦁ Excellent written and oral communication skills

Inbound Lead Generation (Prospecting, Lead Qualification, Qualification Criteria, Appointment Setting)

CRM Management (Pipeline Management, Data Entry)

Collaboration with Sales Team (Feedback Loop, Strategy Alignment)
