We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee enterprise-wide digital and eCommerce initiatives focused on enhancing business performance through the strategic use of technology. The Ecommerce Director will be responsible for shaping digital commerce strategy, optimizing online channels, and embedding a culture of innovation across the organization. This role blends digital transformation leadership with a strong focus on eCommerce growth, customer experience, and data-driven performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital and eCommerce strategies that align with overall business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to evolve online business models, expand digital revenue streams, and enhance digital value delivery.
- Champion enterprise-wide transformation efforts to improve agility, scalability, and competitive advantage.
- Oversee performance and continuous improvement of digital touchpoints including websites, mobile apps, and other customer interfaces.
- Drive user-centered design and conversion optimization to enhance online engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and personalized digital shopping experiences.
- Lead the growth and optimization of eCommerce channels, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Manage digital merchandising strategies, promotions, product assortment, and pricing to drive sales performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and sales trends to inform campaign strategies and business decisions.
- Evaluate and implement tools and platforms that improve site performance, checkout efficiency, and customer service capabilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, eCommerce, Technology, or a related field.15+ years of experience in digital business, with a strong focus on eCommerce strategy, operations, and transformation.Demonstrated success in managing and scaling eCommerce platforms and driving digital sales growth.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Deep analytical capability and comfort with data-driven decision-making in high-growth or complex environments.Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines
