Building Administrator

Responsible for the smooth operation of the building facilities containing commercial properties. Oversee the maintenance and security of the building, affirm that all aspects of the properties are functioning efficiently.

Qualification :

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Property Management or equivalent

With 2 years of relevant experience in property or building management, maintenance operations, or facilities administration.

Knowledge in regulatory compliance including LLDA, environmental laws and waste management

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Attended any safety related training is a plus

Can start as soon as possible
