US Product Listing Coordinator (WFH)

About the Role
You’ll be the organizational backbone for our client’s US e-commerce operations —handling purchase orders, product listings, and returns with laser focus. Your work will directly influence what customers see, when they get it, and how smoothly things move behind the scenes.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain item listings : categories, pricing, descriptions, UPCs.
- Enter seasonal and fill-in POs with correct docs.
- Approve or deny vendor freight requests.
- Coordinate returns and mis-ship resolutions.
- Update calendars for PO ship dates and retirements.
- Monitor contest reporting and daily transfer emails.
- Support other special merchandising projects.
