Job description

Duties and Responsibilities :

Checking of daily wallet balance

Checking of daily sales transactions

Updating of ELP Ledger

Updating of Ledger Retailer balance with SS from ELP Portal

Updating of Sarisurf transaction summary

Creates S.O and S.I

Updating monthly of ELP Catalog

Payment verification Summary

Requesting of EPINS / ECPAY / TOP-UP

Monitoring of Voucher

Keeping files and documents updated and on track

Performs other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field

At least 1 year experience as Administrative Assistant

Proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)

Flexible and result oriented

Knowledgeable in CAS

With a little background in accounting is a plus

Willing to work on-site

Good in communication and written skills
