We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. This role requires someone who can work across all levels of the organization, balancing strategic, operational, and tactical responsibilities to support our people and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with HR Head and leadership in developing and implementing HR policies and practices
- Provide expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development
- Support recruiting, retention, benefits, and Learning & Development programs
- Coach and guide managers and employees on HR processes and career development
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related fieldAt least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR roleStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across all levelsWilling to be assigned in Makati CityCan start ASAP
