About the Role
The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the clients growth by identifying qualifying and scheduling meetings with potential clients across Australia.
You will work closely with the Business Development Managers to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and contribute directly to business expansion.
This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound prospecting skills excellent communication and prior experience working with Australian clients in B2B environments.

Required Skills :
At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting with Australian businesses. Proven success in outbound sales or prospecting ideally within facilities management cleaning or maintenance services. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot Pipedrive Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Highly organized self-motivated and target-driven. Strong understanding of the Australian business environment and decision-making culture.
Required Education :
