Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG , with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing operations, sales, and financial performance.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and FMCG market dynamics.
Preferred Skills :
