Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of
livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.
The Training Associate will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from —by ensuring that
all applicants undergo proper training, skills assessments, and onboarding processes. This role directly supports the
readiness, safety, and compliance of bikers, enabling them to earn and uplift their families and communities.
What you’ll be doing :
- Facilitate skills assessments and orientations to ensure bikers meet operational and safety standards.
- Conduct motorcycle checking.
- Provide support during offsite events and training activities.
- Prepare training materials, gate passes, and necessary documentation.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance of trainees, ensuring accuracy of reports.
Requirements
At least undergraduate level in Education, Psychology, or any related field.Preferably with 1 year of experience in training, facilitation, or related administrative / operations role (fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome).Good facilitation and communication skills, basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace), and ability to handle large groups.Must have a Professional Driver’s License with code 1 or A.Must know how to ride and handle a motorcycle, willing to travel and be assigned in offsite events, flexible with work schedules, and able to work both independently and in a team.Preferred Qualifications (not required) :
Prior experience in conducting training or skills assessments.Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance or safety is an advantage.Event management or field operations background.
