Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development module.
- Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and support solution design.
- Configure talent pools, succession nominations, career paths, and development plans.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with talent strategy and system architecture.
- Support integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning modules.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and support end-user training sessions.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and new features related to Succession and Development.
Requirements :
7 to 10 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, with at least 2 to 3 years in Succession and Development.Hands-on experience in configuring Succession Planning and Career Development Planning.Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic SAP CPI knowledge.Understanding of talent management processes and best practices.Exposure to SAP People Analytics and reporting tools.Preferred Skills :
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession and Development.Exposure to related modules like Performance & Goals or Employee Central.Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.Knowledge of global talent management compliance and data privacy standards.
