Work Schedule : Morning Shift
Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes.
- Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
- Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S / 4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
- Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization requirements.
- Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
- Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Required Skills :
10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Employee Central.Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects, workflows, and business rules.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service.Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM.Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.Preferred Skills :
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits.Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices.
