Overview
Role : Chief Growth Officer (Director of Sales) - BPO / Business Growth & Sales Transformation Lead. Location : Makati, Philippines. Type : Full-Time, Executive-Level. Reports To : Group CEO / Board of Directors.
ROLE SUMMARY :
The Business Growth & Sales Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all companies in the group by selling the full portfolio of services and acquiring new clients. The role requires a proven sales leader with direct experience managing business development for multiple companies, brands, or income streams, and a consistent history of meeting and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies across the group’s entire range of services.
- Build, manage, and close a high-value sales pipeline.
- Secure contracts with high-value clients and strategic partners.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Implement aggressive client acquisition plans across key industries.Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients for repeat and cross-sell opportunities.Maintain a high client retention rate while expanding into new markets.Strategic Growth Planning
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, and sectors.Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to leadership.Ensure sales initiatives are aligned with overall group strategy.Performance & Reporting
Track and report sales performance across all companies / business units.Present growth reports and recommendations to the CEO / Board.Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities.Key Competencies
