Schedule :  Monday to Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM | Florida (EST)

Paid hours per week : 40 Hours

(Focus : Supercharging Creator & Viewer Community, Content, and Brand)

What You'll Be Doing : The Core Impact

You'll be leading the charge to multiply our user base, build powerful communities, and make the platform a recognized name across the U.S., Latin America, and Spain.

1. Turbocharge User Growth & Engagement

Be the owner of our entire user journey, from the moment someone hears about us to the moment they become a dedicated fan.

Design and run rapid-fire experiments (like A / B tests and viral content stunts) to find the most effective ways to attract new creators and viewers.

Build automated growth loops using killer content, social media channels, and smart influencer partnerships.

2. Build & Empower Our Global Community

Identify, recruit, and warmly welcome new creators into the family.

Create and manage thriving online spaces (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) for our early adopters and creators.

Design fun challenges and programs that keep our community engaged, excited, and coming back for more.

3. Master the Content Game

Develop and execute our content strategy across major short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

Be a cultural detective : spot emerging trends, creators, and moments we can jump on to drive explosive growth.

Create and share viral stories and content formats that clearly show why this is the best platform for creators.

4. Define Our Public Voice & Brand

Work closely with the CEO to craft the story and public narrative.

Help turn our company's achievements into exciting news that captures the attention of users and the media.

Support the founders in their public presence, including podcasts, interviews, and key partnerships.

Requirements

Who You Are : Your Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

2–6 years of experience focused on driving growth, creator partnerships, community building, or social media strategy.

You have a deep, intuitive understanding of the current culture on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—you know what goes viral and why.

You are an execution machine : you are comfortable quickly launching, testing, and managing many different projects at once.

Proven experience in building and managing successful online communities (Discord, Telegram, etc.).

You are driven by data, using metrics to guide your decisions and clearly measure your results (familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or similar is helpful).

A Bonus if You Have

Experience working in a very early-stage startup environment.

You are fluent in both English and Spanish (or English and Chinese).

Prior experience working directly with creators, talent agencies, or in the AI / Web3 space.

Basic hands-on skills in video editing and content creation.
