Recruitment Officer (Female)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruitment Officer to support our talent acquisition efforts within the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring recruitment processes align with organizational standards and manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

⦁ Manage end-to-end recruitment process : job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers.

⦁ Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.

⦁ Build a strong pipeline of candidates through online platforms, referrals, and other recruitment strategies.

⦁ Conduct psychological testing, profiling, and initial interviews to ensure candidate fit.

⦁ Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

⦁ Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular reports on hiring progress.

⦁ Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

⦁ Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates in the food industry.

Educational Background :

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (BS Psychology required).

⦁ Further studies or certifications in Human Resource Management is an advantage.

Needed Experience :

⦁ At least 2–3 years of experience as a Recruitment Officer, HR Associate, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

⦁ Preferably Female

⦁ Age requirement : not more than 45years old

⦁ Strong background in psychological testing, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.

⦁ Experience in recruiting for operations, warehouse, production, and logistics roles is highly preferred.

⦁ Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment best practices, and HR compliance.

⦁ Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.

⦁ Must be residing / renting near our office locations : Taguig, Alabang, or Pasay
