Php 20,000.00 - Php 25,000.00
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and provide product recommendations.
- Request for the appraisal reports of Mortgage property.
- Explain REM products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility requirements.
- Collect and verify financial documents (income, credit history, assets, and liabilities).
- Evaluate loan applications and submit them for approval in line with company policies.
- Maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners to generate leads.
- Guide clients through the loan process, from application to closing.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and lending standards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales / loan origination targets.
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or related field (preferred) or Undergraduate.At least 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Loan origination, financial services.Experience in sales, client relationship management, or real estate transactions is desirable.Strong understanding of Real Estate products, loans process, and documentation.Knowledge of financing regulations and credit analysis with strong sales and negotiation abilities to promote Real Estate products.Familiarity with real estate market trends, property valuation, and documentation requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and real estate agents.High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism; goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to meet sales / loan targets.Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills, and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.Willing to train in Head Office (Ortigas, Pasig) for two to three weeks.Willing to do fieldworks.Can start ASAP.Note : Training includes free accommodation, with training allowance, and transportation reimbursement (one way).
