Sales and Marketing Associate (Real Estate)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of proven experience in real estate marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct a Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to agents and brokers.Coordinate with the sellers to achieve the company’s objectives.Entertain walk-ins, mobile, and online inquiries.Plan and organize sales and marketing activities / events.Conduct sales pitch presentations and negotiations with clients.Participate in developing a sales strategy by helping create the most effective promos and incentives to achieve sales target.Create and maintain client databases to help generate leads. Generate various sales reports in a timely manner.Grow sales by supporting and creating a network of external partners. Lead marketing activities related to the Broker’s Appreciation Program.Achieved internal and external sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Strategize and collaborate with management to create and develop innovative marketing strategies.Maintain a harmonious relationship with the buyers and sellers.Social Media Management and content creation including creation of ad campaigns.Perform additional duties as needed by the business.Support and empower the team to create an ideal working environment within the team.Help the
