Overview :
The Engagement Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality operational and administrative support across critical engagement processes including risk assessments, approval workflows, job code management, and exception handling. This role ensures engagement activities are carried out with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance to internal controls and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engagement & Risk Support
Assist with Engagement Risk Assessments (ERA) and documentation in the global system.
Prepare inputs and ensure compliance for Sentinel Approval Number (SAN) requests.
Escalate engagement risk issues or anomalies to the Engagement Support Lead.
2. Job & Code Management
Execute job code creation, modification, and closure activities in accordance with business requirements.
Maintain job code accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems.
Confirm job codes and track approvals as required.
3. Operational Execution
Support setup and ongoing maintenance of KCC systems and knowledge databases.
Monitor and update Work-in-Progress (WIP) records for accurate financial reporting.
Conduct exception handling, including issue investigation and resolution documentation.
4. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
Coordinate the client engagement survey process : survey creation, result consolidation, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, IT) for seamless workflow execution.
Respond to internal and external engagement-related inquiries promptly.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain logs, trackers, and generate reports on engagement support activities.
Contribute to process documentation, ensuring adherence to internal control and audit requirements.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
Working knowledge of engagement operations, job code workflows, and risk documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CEAC databases, Circuit, and the MS Office Suite.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask across operational functions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3 5 years of experience in engagement support, administrative operations, project coordination, or financial operations.
Prior experience supporting Australian clients is preferred.
