DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HR and administrative teams.
Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
Manage employee records, contracts, benefits, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, organizational charts, and other documentation as required.
Develop and implement HR and administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to support company-wide programs and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
