What We're Looking For :

✅ 10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions

✅ Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics

✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field

✅ Professional HR certification preferred
