- Must have experience in handling Sales Campaign
- Tools : Salesforce, PPT, Coaching & Mentoring, Microsoft Office
- New Hire classes : Training delivery, Individual and Co-facilitation, Reporting
- Non-New Hire : Floor support, Coaching, Training Needs Analysis / Training Needs Information, Work with Quality and Ops, Calibrations
Responsibilities :
Needs Assessment : Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.Curriculum Development : Design and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.Training Delivery : Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods.Evaluation and Feedback : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance monitoring.One-on-One Coaching : Provide individualized guidance and support to employees.
