Job descriptionG-Suite / Google workspace. Office 365. Printer management and administration. Microsoft Server. Microsoft Windows desktop Operating Systems. Microsoft Active Directory. Microsoft Terminal Services. Linux Server Administration. Virtualisation Technology (ESXi, Xen Server Hyper-V). Storage Area Networking. TCP / IP Networking. Virtual Private Networking. Antivirus Technologies. Backup Technologies. Provide level 1 and 2 support for all IT related matters. Escalation of tickets to problem or change requests. Working with third party vendors to resolve tickets. Manage all Desktop, Linux, Windows infrastructure. Achieve agreed service level agreements. Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation. Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests. Contribute to IT projects. Any other associated task as directed by Respect. What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
- Minimum of ITIL foundations certification, higher levels are desirable.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Service Desk, IT support role or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
