Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Virtual Assistant to support our clients marketing initiatives. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a good eye for design, and an interest in aviation and technical subjects. No prior professional experience is required what matters most is your willingness to learn, contribute, and work well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels
• Support the design of marketing materials such as social media graphics, printed ads, and mailers
• Conduct basic research to support marketing campaigns
• Help manage and organize marketing assets (images, templates, content drafts)
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and execute campaigns
• Receive and apply constructive feedback quickly and effectively
