Schedule :
- 40 hours per week; Australian business hours with standard lunch break

Primary focus on retail customer service while supporting wholesale operationsCommunication channels include phone calls and email, with potential chat support in the futureRole involves both direct customer interaction and back-office administrative supportPosition supports the company's transition to reduce physical retail presence while maintaining strong customer service standardsResponsibilities :
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and ordersProvide customer service support for online retail ordersCreate sales quotes for the wholesale teamPerform various administrative tasks to support business operationsAnswer detailed product questions, ensuring accuracy given the complexity and similarity of fitness productsSupport the wholesale division with quote generation and administrative needsRequirements :
3-5 years of customer service or administrative experience (mid-level)Strong attention to detail due to the complexity of similar fitness productsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with soft phone systems and email platformsCareful and precise communication style when interacting with customersExperience with quote generation and administrative processes preferredIndependent Contractor Perks
