Position Overview
The Talent Coordinator serves as the operational backbone for campaigns involving non-exclusive creators and influencers. This role is responsible for end-to-end scheduling, tracking, and quality control of every deliverable—ensuring posts, streams, and appearances go live on time and in adherence to campaign briefs. The position blends meticulous project management with relationship-driven talent support, keeping both creators and internal stakeholders aligned and informed.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Communication & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for non-exclusive talent.
Clarify briefs, brand guidelines, and contractual obligations.
Troubleshoot timing or content issues promptly.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Facilitate communication between talent, clients, and internal team members.
Serve as a liaison to relay information accurately and efficiently.
Manage and resolve communication issues or conflicts with discretion.
Campaign Execution
Schedule campaign deliverables and confirm creator availability.
Lock in key dates, posting times, and approval milestones across multiple concurrent campaigns.
Collect draft content, deliverables, and analytics screenshots.
Ad-Hoc Tasks and Projects
Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by managers.
Take on new responsibilities as needed to contribute to team objectives.
Independently manage special projects that support strategic goals.
