This is a remote position.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm GMT with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities :
Manually input approximately 100 weekly bookings from OpenRent platform into company management systemEmail and liaise with clients through partner portals for booking coordinationUpload safety and compliance certificates to various partner systemsLocate and organize required documents for certificate uploadsManage online booking system requests that require manual scheduling coordinationBook appointments when availability exists or offer alternative time slots when unavailableCoordinate with customers who respond with preferred alternative appointment timesOther administrative tasks as neededRequirements :
Experience with data entry and booking management systemsAdministrative or executive assistant experience, at least 1-3 yearsStrong attention to detail for handling high-volume manual data inputExcellent written communication skills for client correspondenceFamiliarity with document management and file organizationAbility to work efficiently with multiple software platforms simultaneouslyUnderstanding of appointment scheduling and calendar managementIndependent Contractor Perks
