Data Analyst (E-commerce & Media Analytics) We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join an international technology and data consultancy.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in analytics who thrives on turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
You’ll work across multiple data sources, from Google Analytics and Shopify to Amazon and internal systems, helping the company and its clients make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Part-time : ~20 hours per week Remote : Fully remote, Early EST working hours (PH-based candidates preferred) Engagement Type : Independent Contractor Monthly Rate : $950-1100 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing : Data Consolidation & Quality Control : Clean, structure, and centralize data from multiple platforms (GA4, Shopify, Amazon, internal databases).
Maintain data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Inventory Analytics (60%) : Lead analysis on stock levels, turnover, and replenishment trends to optimize inventory management and improve operational efficiency.
Media Optimization (30%) : Support paid media efforts by analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI .
Automation & Reporting : Build automated reports and dynamic dashboards using Power BI and SQL to simplify data visibility across departments.
Ad-hoc & Financial Analysis (10%) : Conduct on-demand analyses and assist with business performance reporting, including basic financial and operational metrics.
Collaboration : Work directly with the founder and key team members to understand business questions, translate them into analytical frameworks, and deliver clear insights to non-technical audiences.
Who You Are : 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in consulting or corporate environments (Big 4 experience highly preferred).
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience working with e-commerce, retail, or digital media data is required.
Technical Proficiency (Must-Haves) : Advanced Excel skills, including VBA automation.
Strong SQL capabilities for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation and data modeling).
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) .
Soft Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when explaining data insights to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Experience in client-facing roles is a big plus.
