Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Human Resource Management with MBA
Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years in managerial capacity .
Preferably from a janitorial, manpower or similar industry.
Special Qualification
In-depth knowledge of DOLE regulations and compliance requirements.
Has strong background in recruitment .
Key Responsibilities
Managing recruitment process .
Developing and implementing systematic and effective recruitment strategies for attracting talents.
Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Mediating disputes and administering admin hearings.
Overseeing performance evaluations.
Providing feedback, coaching and support to HRD staff to help them improve their performance and be motivated.
Identifying training needs of the company through collaboration with the Off / Dep heads.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
Managing the 201 file of members.
Analyzing HR data to assess trends to make sound decision for the department.
Leading the HR team and managing their performance.
Providing guidance and mentorship to HRD staff.
