Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Generation Specialist . This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working directly with the business owner (often via screenshare and video instructions)
You’ll handle communications, scheduling, and client care while also managing CRM systems, supporting marketing campaigns, and executing follow-ups that directly contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism - Not many calls, majority will be handled via e-mail
Handle some admin tasks routine such as Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate tasks
Research and source products, vendors, and solutions
Provide general client care and administrative support
Frequently collaborate with the owner via screen share to update CRMs, edit / create documents, or adjust templates
Escalate technical issues to software providers support contact when necessary - For Go High Level
Manage and update CRM systems - Go High Level
Follow up consistently with leads via email, calls, or SMS Campaigns on CRM automation
Support the sales team with prospecting, pipeline management, and lead nurturing
Draft and edit clear, engaging client and prospect communications in native-level U.S. English
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and growth support
Requirements
Proven experience as an Lead Generation Specialist
Strong background in CRM management (Go High Level )
Exceptional proficiency in U.S. English (written and spoken)
Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools / software
Professional phone and email etiquette
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with marketing funnels, automation, and lead nurturing strategies
Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities
