We are seeking a highly experienced Training & Quality Director to lead and elevate our organization’s learning, development, and quality assurance initiatives. This role is critical in shaping high-performance teams, ensuring service excellence, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Job Description
- Training & Development
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across all levels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and align them with business goals.
- Lead onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.
- Quality Assurance
- Develop and manage robust quality frameworks to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations.
- Ensure regular audits, feedback loops, and performance monitoring mechanisms are in place.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Generate, analyze, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track training and quality performance.
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor a team of training and quality professionals.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction and performance management for the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior Training, Quality, or Operations role within the BPO industry.Solid background in reporting and analytics, with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is highly preferred.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
