A. Job Summary
Handles and implements company wide policy on Discipline Management, Administrative Cases, Incident Reports, Audit Findings, Sending Notice of Pending Accountability (NOPA) and Complaints filed from various sources.
B. Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles all administrative cases within the organization
- Conducts initial investigation.
- Drafts and issues NTE
- Conducts thorough investigation and Administrative Hearing.
- Provides recommendation to administrative cases handled based on labor standards, facts, evidences, and circumstances.
- Drafts and issues NOD based on the approval.
- Handles audit reports.
- Monitors requests for End of Contract, End of Probationary, and other related documents.
- Manages the retrieval and collection of Negative Last Pay of former employees.
- Researches Legal Basis for cases handled.
- Person in-charge for DOLE Compliance and requirements of the branch.
- Give guidance and lead the HR Labor Relations Team in the implementation of policy Discipline Management including attending DOLE SENA.
- Can reliably report onsite at AMA Head Office #59 Panay Ave. Quezon City
