Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Proposal Head, located in Pasig. The Sales & Proposal Head will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, overseeing account management, leading the sales team, and managing sales processes.

Day-to-day tasks include proposal creation, conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and analyzing sales data to optimize strategies and performance.

• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the logistics or construction industry is a plus
