HR Recruitment Group Lead (47737) - Ortigas, Pasig

Salary : 40,000 - 60,000

Required Experience :

AB / BS Psychology graduate

Registered Psychometrician is highly preferred.

At least 10 years of HR-related work experience, including the end-to-end process from recruitment to employee separation.

Experience with psychological assessments (such as aptitude, personality, and intelligence tests)

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Candidates with prior leadership experience are an advantage.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process : job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.

Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
