About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our sales organization — ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and strategic insights that help accelerate revenue growth.
You will manage the sales process end-to-end, optimize the use of Salesforce , and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve forecasting, reporting, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Salesforce CRM environment, ensuring data accuracy, workflow automation, and seamless reporting.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to streamline sales processes, improve pipeline visibility, and enhance conversion efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing on lead-to-revenue reporting, forecasting accuracy, and quota management.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in sales operations and propose scalable solutions.
- Manage sales tools and tech stack integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
- Drive enablement and training to ensure the sales team maximizes tool usage and adheres to processes.
- Support revenue planning, territory management, and incentive / commission tracking.
- Generate insights to inform pricing strategies, product mix, and go-to-market decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.Advanced Salesforce expertise (admin or power-user level); Salesforce certification preferred.Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Tableau, or similar BI tools).Excellent understanding of sales funnels, forecasting models, and revenue attribution.Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments is a plus.Willing to work US PST hours Monday to Friday
