Level :   Mid-Level (3+   years experience )

Employment Type :   Full-Time

Location :   Remote

Overview :

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Back Office Admin to support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth internal workflows. This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of administrative or back-office experience who can work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Process, organize, and manage incoming data, records, and reports.
  • Assist   with administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements and ensure   timely   task completion.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of information and outputs.
  • Help streamline processes by   identifying   areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries for management review.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3   years experience   in administrative, back-office, or operations support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills .
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using CRM tools, project management platforms, or workflow apps is a plus.

  • Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in general accounting or accounts payable / receivable. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong understanding of GAAP or local accounting standards. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
