Sales and Marketing Lead | Hybrid

Role Overview The Sales and Marketing Lead is responsible for driving ZigZag’s client acquisition and brand growth through innovative sales strategies, digital marketing, and performance-based lead generation.

This role will lead the development and execution of campaigns, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure sustainable revenue growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets for ZigZag’s services.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.

Manage the end-to-end sales process : lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Build and maintain a high-performing sales ambassador / referral network, leveraging performance-based incentives.

Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., leads generated, conversion rates, revenue growth).

Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and go-to-market plans.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, creative) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3+ years’ experience in sales and / or marketing, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or professional services.

Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.

Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Experience with performance-based sales models and referral / ambassador programs is a plus.
