Key Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Recruitment : Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across trading, analysis, sales, and compliance teams.
• Sourcing & Networking : Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand.
• Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Collaboration : Work with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals.
