This is a remote position.

General Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide remote support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting management in maintaining efficiency across different business functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails, calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle data entry, research tasks, and prepare summaries as required .
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.
  • Perform other administrative support duties to ensure the team’s productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience supporting remote teams or international clients.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, ClickUp ).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

  • Requirements

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role. Experience supporting C-level executives. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
