Field Store Supervisor (Telco Mobile Gadgets)

1. In-charge of PRO concept shop operations Including recruitment of promoters, store operation SOP, KPI setting.

2. Handles inventory management and store display standards. Ensure all store process are followed and complied.

3. Concept shop construction coordination. Keeps store identity standards

4. Ensure all after sales service standards are met, including service SOP, service SLA and service process are aligned with HQ requirement.

Job Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience with store management and people management in Telco Industry
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related course
• Willing to work onsite
