Job Description : Lead Generation Specialist
Schedule : Flexible 40 hours per week, with the ability to send outreach during U.S. business hours
We are seeking a top-performing Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is only for the best of the best — individuals who are highly skilled, detail-oriented, and relentless in generating qualified opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and building targeted prospect lists, along with sending initial email introductions to engage decision-makers. Potential for bonuses.
Responsibilities :
Conduct in-depth research to identify high-quality leads within our target industries.
Build and maintain accurate, well-structured prospect lists including verified contact details.
Craft and send personalized introductory emails to prospects during U.S. business hours.
Track outreach activity, manage lead data, and ensure accuracy in CRM or lead management tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and optimize targeting strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements :
At least 5 years of recent experience in this role
Proven track record in lead generation, research, and outbound prospecting at the highest level.
Advanced skills in using lead generation tools, databases, and LinkedIn for sourcing accurate data.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and communication style.
Full-time availability (flexible 40 hours per week) with the ability to send outreach during U.S. business hours.
