We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Virtual Assistant to support our client’s finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling financial tasks in a virtual setup.

FINANCE / TRUST ACCOUNT VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS

A Finance / Trust Account VA’s role is supportive, focused on transaction recording, reconciliations, admin, and reporting prep. The licensed accountant / tax agent remains responsible for regulatory submissions and compliance.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Monitor budgets and forecast cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Support in bookkeeping, data entry, and other administrative finance tasks

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in Australian FINANCE / TRUST ACCOUNT handling   is highly desirable.
  • Alternatively, a strong background in the Australian Real Estate industry  will be considered an advantage.
  • Technical and Software Requirements :

  • Ensure you have the necessary equipment and tools for smooth workflow.
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50mbps).
  • Suitable hardware including a computer or laptop, webcam, microphone, and headset.
  • Collaboration tools such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and project management tools.
