Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director, located in Silang. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing business strategies to expand the company's market reach, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and reporting to senior management. The Sales Director will also coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with the overall business goals and strategies.

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Experience in real estate industry preferred
